Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will cheerfully refund all items we sell, provided that the items are returned in the original packaging and in original/new condition. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (800) 783-1436. When you mail back your exchange/return, please give the invoice number or a copy of the same and kindly indicate the reason for the return. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

We must insist, however, that the products are returned within two (2) weeks of receipt. The reason for this is that cashmere/pashmina products are extremely delicate and vulnerable to the environment. Since we only sell new products we cannot accept return and exchanges on items that have been worn or subjected to household smells.

If the item is returned after two weeks to one month of purchase, there will be a 20% restocking fee imposed, provided that the item is still in original/new condition.

In addition, the shipping/handling charges are not refundable as these services are provided by a shipper and are immediately applied at the time of shipment.

Please note that the customer pays for return postage and shipping charges are applied for all exchanges. We do not provide return labels; however, we suggest that all returns are insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Management reserves the right to reject returns if it appears that the items have been worn. In instances where returned goods are damaged or not in original condition, they will be shipped back at the customer's expense.  For exchanges, there is only a fee for shipping charges incurred for the return item.
