Shipping Methods

We offer three different types of shipping services -

Most of our orders are processed within one to three business days (Only for clients within the United States). Kindly note that this policy does not apply to the products that are out of stock. 

SECOND DAY SERVICE - This is a guaranteed service. Usually, takes two business days from the day the merchandise was shipped out. Kindly be advised that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as working or business days.

EXPEDITED SHIP - This service takes two to three business days to deliver, from the day the merchandise was shipped out. Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as working or business days.

STANDARD/GROUND SHIP - Usually, takes four to six business days for delivery from the day the merchandise was shipped out. This service is not guaranteed. Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as working or business days.

The shipping carriers we use are - UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, and USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY-   For the international clients - please be advised that we ship out our international package via USPS and DHL. According to the Post Office policies - the Express or Priority Service takes 6 to 10 working days and  Standard shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days. Please keep in mind that the package might get a little bit delayed due to Customs and Border processing system. We are not responsible for any local duty or Vat or any other expenses incurred on the package.

However, please be advised that should there be any customs duty or local taxes/ Vat applicable to the merchandise, then we (Cashmere Pashmina Group) are unable to predict which of these fees, and are not responsible for those duties and taxes. The buyers are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will cheerfully refund all items we sell, provided that the items are returned in the original packaging and in original/new condition. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (914) 934-1954. When you mail back your exchange/return, please give the invoice number or a copy of the same and kindly indicate the reason for the return. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

We must insist, however, that the products are returned within two (2) weeks of receipt. The reason for this is that cashmere/pashmina products are extremely delicate and vulnerable to the environment. Since we only sell new products we cannot accept return and exchanges on items that have been worn or subjected to household smells.

If the item is returned after two weeks to one month of purchase, there will be a 20% restocking fee imposed, provided that the item is still in original/new condition. After one (1) Month, we do not entertain any Exchange or Return.

In addition, the shipping/handling charges are not refundable as these services are provided by a shipper and are immediately applied at the time of shipment.

Please note that the customer pays for return postage and shipping charges are applied for all exchanges. We do not provide return labels; however, we suggest that all returns are insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Management reserves the right to reject returns if it appears that the items have been worn. In instances where returned goods are damaged or not in original condition, they will be shipped back at the customer's expense.  For exchanges, there is only a fee for shipping charges incurred for the return item.
